US FILLING THE FORM

The day before today=) i went to the Fitness Zone with Qelah Bve Nurul Mijah..Hahaha it was our first time and we had so muccchh fun!It was awesome.The instuctor is nice,Olan that is. He was the one who showed us the place and yeaa let us play around.Haha.We went for two classes.The 1st class yeaa sih ngak tau..The second class was YOGA..Hahah..It was okay.We were supposed to do like for 1 hr,but nyeh we stopped 30mins early..Continously bahh the steps tapi pokoknya we managed to cope up..=)
